Last Updated May 1, 2021

This Terms of Service Agreement (“Agreement”) is made between Code for America Labs, Inc (“CFA”) and the Community Based Organization (“CBO”) who completes the application and registration process to open and maintain an account on the GetCalFresh (getcalfresh.org) service.

All users of the GetCalFresh.org CBO assister dashboard, including Admins and Assisters, must read and agree to these terms. You cannot share login information with anyone, including other members of your organization. By clicking the acceptance button, you agree to all of the terms of this agreement, as well as the GetCalFresh Privacy Policy. Do not use the service if you do not accept the terms.

  • I agree to only use client information to help them apply for and keep SNAP/CalFresh.
  • I will not let anyone else access this information or system.
  • I understand that Code for America can't make any guarantees that the information on the dashboard will always be correct.
  • I will change the default password as part of account setup and protect my password and credentials from unauthorized access.
